Funeral services for Lillie Mae Merrill, of Brookhaven, are Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Rosehill Cemetery.

Visitation will be today, Aug. 11, 2017, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Mrs. Merrill, 95, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born Dec. 14, 1921, to Fred and Jessie Lucas.

She enjoyed sewing and baking and was a member of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Jimmie Merrill; brothers, Fred Lucas Jr., Bobby Gene Lucas and Jerry Lucas.

Survivors are her daughter, Sandra Reilly, of Pensacola, Florida, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
