Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported no activity Friday through Sunday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Friday through Sunday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reports for Friday through Sunday were as follows:

• One medical assistance on Sunday, transported to KDMC.

• One motor vehicle accident on I-55 south bound Sunday, without injuries.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 11:14 p.m. Friday on I-55 north bound. No injuries were reported. They responded to an accident involving two vehicles at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on I-55 south bound near exit 38. No injuries were reported.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 55 calls Friday through Sunday. Twenty-four were transfers, with 18 to Jackson, two to Pike County, one to Hattiesburg, one to Covington, Louisiana and two in the city. There were 31 emergency calls; 22 medical, with 16 in the city and six in the county; one trauma in the city; eight motor vehicle accidents, with five in the city and three in the county.
