• Angela Leigh Fraser, 03/30/1989, of 2029 Evans Loop in Ruth — arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Walter M. Owens, 01/16/1992, of 825 Tuner St. — arrested for armed robbery by BPD.

• Jakeish Auswune Parker, 07/30/1995, of 324 East Chippewa St. — arrested for armed robbery by BPD.

• Davis Thomas, 07/12/1982, of 900 Williams St. — arrested for two counts of probation violation by BPD.
