Funeral services for John Allen Sisk, of Monticello, are Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be today, Sept. 19, 2017, from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Sisk, 70, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. He was born Oct. 15, 1946, to John and Lillian Sisk. He was a supervisor for Georgia Pacific. He retired from the National Guard and was a member of Charity Baptist Church of Monticello. He enjoyed reading, watching movies and spending time with his family.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Georgia Ann Smith Sisk; sons, John Stewart Sisk and wife Stacey, of Brookhaven, and Charles Andrew Sisk and wife Mary Beth, of Silver Creek; three grandchildren, Collin A .Sisk, Jessie A. Sisk and Jillean Sisk, of Silver Creek; and mother-in-law, Annie Mae Foster Smith.
