The Lincoln County School Board will discuss granting permission for a bass fishing team to be organized during a special called meeting Thursday.

The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at the central office at 233 Monticello St.

One of the items to be considered is a request to hold an organization meeting in the business center at Bogue Chitto Attendance Center as well as a request to form the Lincoln County Bass Fishing team.

Other items to be considered for approval include:

• Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

• Additional year-end financial transfers.

• Action to uphold a hearing officer’s decision on a student matter.
