Funeral services for Ruby E. Harveston, of Brookhaven, are Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be today, Oct. 4, 2017, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Harveston, 67, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at her residence. She was born July 21, 1950.  She was a homemaker and loving wife and mother.

Preceding her in death were her father, Edward Glenn Wallace; mother, Lucille Hester Wallace; sisters, Nettie Ann Wallace, Nan Adams, Jane Leonard and Karen Lambert.

Survivors are her husband, Freddie Harveston Sr.; son, Freddie Harveston Jr. and wife Lisa, of Brookhaven; daughter, Shannon Branning and husband Dennis, of Bogue Chitto; brother, Glenn David “Sonny” Wallace, of Meadville; sister, Gail Lott and husband Jerry, of Biloxi; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
