Funeral services for Geraldine Mackey, of Monticello, are Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church in Sontag with burial at the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be today, Oct. 6, 2017, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mackey, 77, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at University Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was born Sept. 23, 1940, to Roosevelt Sterling Jr. and Annie Emony Sterling in St. Francisville, Louisiana.
