• Scotty Glyn Davis, 05/30/1985, of 1265 Pricedale Road in Bogue Chitto — arrested for probation violation by Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Richard Leavy, 01/12/1958, of 100 Williams St. — arrested for shoplifting and disorderly conduct by Brookhaven Police Department.

• John Mastromatteo, 06/24/1961, of 426 East Cherokee St. — arrested for public drunk by BPD.

• Jeremy Jermaine Buckhalter, 10/30/1985, of 1047 Hwy. 550 — arrested for contempt of city court by BPD.
