Brookhaven Fire Department responds to house fire Tuesday; area reports

Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a fallen limb on a power line at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday on Fred Walley Drive. No injuries were reported. They also responded to a house fire at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday on Jennifer Street.

The Wesson Police Department reports for Tuesday were as follows:

• Medical call at 7:30 p.m. on Carl Lane.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday on Hwy. 550.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 21 calls Tuesday. Three were transfers, with two to Jackson and one to Pike County. There were 18 emergency calls; 14 medical, with seven in the city and seven in the county; three traumas, with two in the city and one in the county; one motor vehicle accident in the county.
