Funeral services for Cecilia “Cissy” Davis Grisham, of Hammond, Louisiana, are today, Oct. 24, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, Louisiana with burial at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery Hammond, Louisiana. Rev. Greg Griffin will officiate the services.

Visitation will be today, Oct. 24, 2017, from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Grisham, 53, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at North Oaks Medical Center. She was born Thursday, May 14, 1964, in Hattiesburg, to Jim Davis and Diane Hart Davis.

She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Mathematics as well as a Masters of Education degree in Special Education from SLU. She taught Special Education at Hammond High School for 25 years before retiring.

She is preceded in death by her son, Landen Grisham; sister, Michelle Davis; grandfather, Hoyle Hart; grandparents, Oren and Mercedes Davis; father-in-law, Lee Earl Grisham Sr.; mother-in-law, Alline Mauney Grisham; brothers-in-law, Billy, Bobby, and Benny Grisham, Jake Alfano, and Walter Scott.

Survivors are her husband, Lee Earl Grisham Jr.; daughter, Melanie Lee Grisham; mother, Diane Hart Davis; father, Jim Davis; and grandmother, Lois Hart.
