The Monticello Police Department reported no activity Monday.

The Monticello Fire Department responded to a medical call at 8:01 a.m. Monday on Robert Charles Drive. They also responded to a brush fire at 11:15 p.m. Monday on Bethel Road. No injuries were reported.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity Monday.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department issued one citation Monday for driving without a license. They also filed a report for a stolen gun on Monday.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a wreck involving two vehicles at 8:09 a.m. Monday on Hwy. 84.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 13 calls Monday. Five were transfers, with three to Jackson, one in the city and one in the county. There were eight emergency calls; seven medical, with four in the city and three in the county; one trauma in the county.
