Funeral services for Shirley Mae White Hennington, of Brookhaven, are Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at the Wesson Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hennington, 78, died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017. She was born Dec. 22, 1939. She was a member of Beauregard Methodist Church. She loved arts and crafts and loved teaching and working with children. She also loved animals, funny videos and going to the movies.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Eddie Lee Hennington; parents, Cecil and Flora Belle White; and Bessie and Clyde Deneen.

Survivors are her daughters, Valerie Lo and Donna Dixon and husband, Ken Dixon; sisters, Jean Derby and Betty Bennett; and sister-in-law, Betty Lou Leggett; ; eight grandchildren, Mindy Fenstermaker and husband, Kyle, Jessica Clark and husband Tony, Lee Jones and wife Brittney, Will Dixon and Aubrey Lo, and great-grandchildren, Gabe Clark, Zac Clark, Aidan Fenstermaker and Kayleigh Jones.
