Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department assisted the Wesson Fire Department with a house fire on Cotton Street Wednesday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reported a structure fire on Cotton Street Wednesday. They also responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 4:03 a.m. Wednesday on I-55 near mile marker 52.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident with injuries at 8:38 a.m. Wednesday on I-55 near mile marker 38. They also responded to a single vehicle accident at 9:47 p.m. Wednesday on Hwy. 84. No injuries were reported.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 16 calls Wednesday. Six were transfers, with three to Jackson, one to Pike County, one in the city and one in the county. There were 10 emergency calls; six medical, with four in the city and two in the county; one trauma in the city; and three MVAs in the city.
