Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to an accident involving four vehicles at 8:52 a.m. Thursday on I-55. Injuries were reported.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries Thursday on Timberlane Road. They also responded to a roadway obstruction Thursday on Hwy. 51.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to an accident involving four vehicles at 8:50 a.m. Thursday on I-55 near mile marker 41. Injuries were reported. They also responded to an accident involving two vehicles at 5:28 p.m. Thursday on Hwy. 51. No injuries were reported.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 22 calls Thursday. Six were transfers, with four to Jackson, one in the city and one in the county. There were 16 emergency calls; eight medical, with one in the city and seven in the county; six MVAs, with four in the city and two in the county; and two cardiac in the city.
