Lincoln County Circuit Court dispositions for Feb. 2-8 are:

• Gary Bertrum Tackett pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit burglary of a dwelling and burglary of a dwelling Feb. 7 and was sentenced to one year for the first count and eight years with three years to serve and five years post-release supervision for the second, to run concurrently to each other.
