Mrs. Sandifer, 77, of Sontag, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018 peacefully in her home Jan. 30, 2018 after an extended illness.

She was a homemaker and member of Holly Springs Baptist Church in Lincoln County.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; son, Steven Sandifer; husband, Thomas N. Sandifer Sr.; and granddaughter, Ashley Sandifer.

Survivors are her sons, Jimmy Sandifer, of Sontag; Thomas Sandifer Jr., of Houston, Texas and Marvin Sandifer, of Braxton; grandchildren, Steven Sandifer, of Braxton, and Jessica Sandifer, of Sontag; brothers-in-law, Marvin H. Sandifer Jr., of Brookhaven, and Richard Sandifer and wife Dee-Dee, of Spring, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
