Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 7:47 p.m. Wednesday on I-55 northbound at mile marker 36.

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 16 calls Wednesday. Eight were transfers, with one in the city, four to Jackson and three to Pike County. There were 8 emergency calls — 6 medical, with three in the city and three in the county; and two motor vehicle accidents in the county.
