Wesson police issued one citation for speeding, two for possession of a controlled substance, and three for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported eight calls Thursday. Four were transfers, two to Jackson, one to Pike County, and one to Sontag; four were emergency calls — two medical in the city, one trauma in the county and one motor vehicle accident in the city.
