Funeral services for Frances Aline Robinson, of Bogue Chitto, are today, April 21, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home in McComb with burial at Moak’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jesse Greer, Rev. Eric Moak and Rev. Bruce Crosby will officiate the services.

Visitation was held Friday, April 20, 2018, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue today, April 21, 2018, from noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Robinson, 96, died Thursday, April 19, 2018, at her daughter’s home in McComb surrounded by her family. She was born June 20, 1921, in Arcola, Louisiana, to the late William Harrison and Mary Dunaway Cleveland.

She was a homemaker and a member of Moak’s Creek Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She loved her church, fishing, cooking, yard work and her garden. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Johnnie M. Robinson; one son, Johnnie Everett Robinson, one daughter, Mary Frances Laird; four sisters; one grandson, Wallace Robert Robinson; and one great-grandson, Joshua Ty Turnage.

Survivors are her son, Robert Hugh Robinson; two daughters, Margie E. Wallace and Mattaleen Moak; numerous grand children, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Justin Robinson, Jeff Robinson, Steve Rials, Krell Laird, Justin Shotwell and T.J. Hood.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Luke’s Hospice.
