Funeral services for David Eugene Wilson are Thursday, May 31, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.

Visitation will be today, May 30, 2018, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue Thursday, May 31, 2018, from 9 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Mr. Wilson, 55, died Monday, May 28, 2018. He was born July 26, 1962, to George and Mary Locke Wilson in Oxford. He was a member of the Mississippi Peacemakers, SASS, enjoyed reloading and hunting. He earned his Bachelor of Science in forestry from Mississippi State University.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Wilson; and great-nephew, Airington Michael Wilson.

Survivors are his father, George R. Wilson Sr.; brothers, George Wilson Jr. and James Wilson; sister, Alicia Wilson; nephews, Brett, James and Everett; nieces, Hannah, Victoria and Georgia; and his great-niece, Ardynn.
