Funeral services for Charles W. Newton Jr., of Brookhaven, are Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Williams Mortuary, with burial in Greenwood Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, June 11, 2018, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Newton, 77, died June 6, 2018, at Haven Hall Nursing Center. He was born Jan. 3, 1941, in Lincoln County, to Charles W. Newton Sr. and Berteal Dillon Newton.
