The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a false alarm at 509 Moak St. at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday. At 5:16 p.m., the department responded to a call of a utility company cutting a gas line at 610 South Second St.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported three speeding citations issued Tuesday.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a two-vehicle accident without injuries at 6:12 p.m. on Hwy. 51.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 11 calls Tuesday. Five were transfers, with two in the city, one to Vicksburg and two to Jackson. There were six emergency medical calls, with three in the city and three in the county.
