Funeral services for Carl Lee “Harper” Nelson, of Brookhaven, are Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Center Street Church of Christ in Brookhaven with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, from 1 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family hour will be Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, from 6 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Nelson, 73, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, at his residence. He was born Sept. 3, 1945, to Carl Sims and Lovie B. McKnight Nelson.
