• Franklin Wayne Blount, 09/10/1997, 1017 Pittman Road, Summit — arrested for shoplifting by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Julian Simmons, 08/15/1978, 214 South Myrtle St., McComb — sentenced, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Alicia Nichols, 06/22/1985, 2243 SE McCullough Road, Bogue Chitto — arrested for speeding 10-19 mph over limit, no auto insurance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
