Brookhaven Police Lt. Rob Smith, who will be retiring next week, gets served a free lunch at last year’s Boots and Badges luncheon. Beulah Chapel Church will host its annual community event for police officers, sheriff’s deputies and fire fighters Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for dine-in or takeout. The church is located at 1315 Brignall Road.
