Hog Chain, Loyd Star, Zetus and New Sight fire departments responded to a structure fire at 443 West Lincoln Road Thursday at 10:35 a.m.

Copiah County reports

Wesson Police Department received a report Thursday of someone in a car allegedly stealing mail from a mailbox at a residence on Church Street Wednesday.

KDMC Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 15 calls Wednesday. Three were transfers, with two to Jackson and one to Franklin County. There were 12 emergency calls; 10 medical, with four in the city and six in the county; one trauma in the county; and one MVC in the city.
