Funeral services for Robert Lee Thomas, of Bogue Chitto, are Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Norfield Bethel M.B. Church, Bogue Chitto, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 9 a.m. until time of the service at the church.

Mr. Thomas, 67, died Saturday, March 30, 2019, at his residence. He was born Sept. 22, 1951, in Mississippi to Idella Thomas and Carlos McGee.

He was preceded in death by his  parents; three sisters, Gloria Jean McGee, Selma Gordon and Cora Ann Love; and three brothers, Percy, Jerry and Herman McGee.

He is survived by four sons: Robert London of Victorville, CA, Eric Thomas and Kenzell Thomas both of Brookhaven, MS, and Perry Patton of Summit, MS; two daughters, Wanda Thomas and Rechancia Thomas both of Brookhaven, MS; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; his wife, Gayzella Thomas; one brother, James Johnson; ten sisters: Beatrice McNulty, Ruth Kees, Gaynell (Phil) McDuffy, Deloris Smith, Sara (Charles) Jones, Queen Esther (David) Coleman, Maggie Mingo, Linda Barnett, Eunice (Wayne) Simpson, and Paula Jefferson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
