Funeral services for Wendi Raquel Nunaley, of Brookhaven, Mississippi, will be Saturday, May 4, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church, in Brookhaven. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, in Brookhaven. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2019, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Nunaley, 28, died Saturday, April 20, 2019, at her residence. She was born May 28, 1990, in Brookhaven, to Jimmie Wayne Nunaley and Gwendolyn “Mama Lisa” Smith Nunaley.

She was a 2008 graduate of Brookhaven High School and a graduate of Pearl River Community College. She was a student at Colorado University and worked as a supervisor and office manager at Nurse Danny LLC. She was a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church.

She is survived by her father, Jimmie Wayne Nunaley, of Charleston, Mississippi; brothers, Charles (Vicky) Lewanika of Brookhaven, Evan Nunaley of Hattiesburg and Timothy Prince Sr. of Charleston; sister, Dr. Danelle Nunaley of Brookhaven; a loving grandmother, Velma B. Smith of Brookhaven; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
