(AP) — Police in northern Mississippi seek a man they say was involved in a shooting that killed two people and wounded a third.
Horn Lake police said Monday that 29-year-old Marshon Diming is wanted for murder in the Thursday shooting at an apartment complex. He’s described as “armed and extremely dangerous.”
His brother, 27-year-old Jamoni Diming, turned himself into police Sunday and is charged with felony conspiracy. He remains jailed without bail in DeSoto County. It’s unclear if he has a lawyer.
Police in the Memphis, Tennessee, suburb believe the two men were breaking into an apartment to commit robbery and a struggle followed. Twenty-eight-year-old Antonio Gibson and 27-year-old Serena Madkins were shot and killed. A third man was wounded and remains hospitalized.
An infant was found unharmed in the apartment.
