Brookhaven police responded Saturday to an aggravated assault/shooting in which the victim suffered a single gunshot wound.

BPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Derick Quadrell Butler, born Jan. 22, 1977.

Butler is believed to be in the Pike County area. He typically has several alias identities and access to multiple vehicles. He was last seen driving a red Chevrolet Corvette with Washington State license plate ABR8233.

Butler is considered armed and dangerous. If spotted, call the Brookhaven Police Department at 601-833-2424.
