Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail docket entries for Monday was as follows:

• Robert Rutherford, 5/7/1963, 2231 East Lincoln St. — arrested for a parole violation by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Samuel Leggett, 9/16/1978, 757 Dow St. — arrested for disturbing the public peace by the BPD.

• McGuffie Kristen, 3810 Bouie Mill St. — arrested for a probation violation by the MDOC.

• James Levi, 121 West Michigan Ave., McComb — arrested by court order by the MDOC.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
