Charles and Mary White announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth White of Nashville, Tennessee, to John “T Boy” Lynch Jr., of Nashville.

He is the son of John and Helen Lynch of Brookhaven.

The bride elect is the granddaughter of Dr. Dick and Jeanne Johnson.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Ed and Sallie Williford of Brookhaven.

Miss White is a 2007 graduate of Mountain Brook High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism. She has been employed as a teacher with Teach for America for eight years and as a executive assistant with Michael Hyatt & Company for one year.

Mr. Lynch is a 2007 graduate of Brookhaven Academy and a 2011 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA degree in managerial finance and accounting. He is employed as a software engineer recruiter for  Zuora in San Francisco, California.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, in Birmingham, Alabama. Friends and family are invited to the ceremony.
