Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Lea Mack of Roxie, Mississippi, will be on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, at Providence Baptist Church in Meadville, Mississippi, at 2 p.m. with burial to follow in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Meadville. Rev. Herman Aldridge will officiate the services. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Providence Baptist Church on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, from 11 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m.

Mrs. Mack, 69, passed from this life on Monday, Dec. 16, 2019, at St. Dominic Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 21, 1950, in Bude, Mississippi, to Mr. Hollis Corban and Mrs. Noba Lea Tarpley Corban.

She enjoyed reading, gardening, watching her moon flowers bloom each year and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother “RuRu,” sister and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Hollis and Noba Corban; sister, Jan Corban, and brother, Willard Ray “Sonny” Corban.

Survivors are her husband of 38 years, Steve Mack; daughters, Heather Franklin and husband, Scott, of Brookhaven, Mississippi, and Kacie Lea Mack of Roxie; grandchildren Garrett Scott Franklin and Harley Jean Franklin; sister Rita Richmond of Orlando, Florida, and a host of family and friends.
