Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail docket entries for Tuesday were as follows:

• Marell Allen Jr., 8/4/2001, 2941 Wesland Lane, Wesson — arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Andre Deon Moore, 1/3/1994, 2009 London Drive, Bogue Chitto — arrested for first or second offense simple assault/domestic violence, by the LCSO.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
