Services for Mrs. Willie Virginia Dixon, of Wesson will be 2:30 p.m., Sunday, July 19, 2020, at New Sight Baptist Church with burial at New Sight Cemetery.
Visitation is from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at the church.
Mrs. Willie Virginia Dixon, 92, went to be with her Lord on July 16, 2020, at her residence. She was born on October 1, 1927, to the late Troy Sloane Malone and Nellie May Wilks Malone.
Mrs. Dixon was a member of New Sight Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Edgar Scott; son, Roy; daughter, Troylynn and husband, James Furlow; two brothers and three sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Hillary Dixon; son, Mike McDavid, daughter, Sandra Martin; along with five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
