Doris Marie Guin, nee White, Oct. 5, 1932-Sept. 29, 2020, passed peacefully at her residence at The Aspen of Brookhaven.

Ms. Guin, a native of Lincoln County, spent most of her adult life in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a lover of arts and crafts, who could master anything she undertook.

She is preceded in death by her father, Homer White; mother, Ruby Martin; and brothers, Julius White and Alton White.

Her loss is grieved by her daughter, Linda S. Chandler, and son-in-law Miles Chandler, of Newport, Rhode Island; and her grandson, Gregory Lambert, also of Rhode Island.

Memorial services will be private.
