MSA gets seminar grant from Georgia-Pacific
The Mississippi School of the Arts recently received a grant from Georgia-Pacific to help fund its Junior and Senior Seminar Classes.
“These classes better prepare our students from across Mississippi for the ‘real world.’ The life skills classes, ACT prep and college and career opportunity training will be invaluable to these students to utilize in their futures,” said MSA Executive Director Suzanne Hirsch.
“We sincerely appreciate Georgia-Pacific for investing in the future,” she said.
Georgia-Pacific primarily invests its resources in four key areas that are essential to creating and sustaining strong communities: education, environment, enrichment and entrepreneurship.
