Downtown restaurant closes temporarily due to COVID
Betty’s Eat Shop posted Friday afternoon that a staff member who was not working Friday reported a positive COVID test result.
The entire staff at the downtown Brookhaven restaurant will be tested, and the eatery itself will be thoroughly disinfected and sanitized prior to reopening.
Once management is certain it is safe to do so, the restaurant will reopen. They will make their reopening announcement via their social media pages.
