Patricia Lynn (Moak) Stone was born in Lincoln County, MS on September 10, 1947 to the late Lloyd and Trevis Moak and went to be with the Lord in League City, TX on December 16, 2021, after several years of a very courageous battle with brain cancer.
Pattie graduated from Thomas Jefferson High in Port Arthur, TX, 1966 and spent the remainder of her life in Texas where she was a loving wife and mother to 6 children. She is preceded in death by her sister, Joyce (Moak) Lee, two loving husbands, Aubrey Riley and Anthony (Tony) Stone, and daughter Karen Riley (Wilcox).
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Duane Frazier, Aaron Riley (Dayna), David Riley, Trish Riley Kelley (Patrick), and Patrick Riley (Brittany), her sister, Frances Moak Hoyt, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She loved country music (especially George Strait), singing Karaoke and dancing. She cherished time with her family and friends, especially Sunday Football. You’d always find her with a diet coke in hand and could always count on her for some homemade sweets. She had a gentle way about her and made friends easily, but everyone knew not to mess with her family. Above all, everyone loved her and she will be dearly missed.
A graveside only ceremony will be held at 10:00am on January 20, 2022 at Montgomery Baptist Cemetery, 495 Montgomery Rd SW, Summit, MS 39666. Services will be handled by Brookhaven Funeral Home, 894 Natchez Dr NE, Brookhaven, MS 39601.
