Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, the Broadway musical, is the next production for Brookhaven Little Theatre at the The Haven. Set for March 31 to April 10, the musical will be at the theater located at 126 West Cherokee St.

The classic story of young Belle and the prince trapped in the Beast’s body brings acceptance to the forefront as the castle’s inhabitants – most surprisingly not human – hope love will conquer all.

The musical ran 13 years on Broadway, earning nominations for nine Tony awards. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version has been produced in 37 countries. Alan Menken and Howard Ashman wrote the acclaimed songs.
