The Brookhaven Board of Aldermen will meet in the city boardroom in the Lincoln County/Brookhaven Government Complex at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, March 16

Today is the final day to register children for the Dr. A. L. Lott Youth Sports League (ages 3-17). Sign-up is 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Sportsplex and Wednesday, March 16, 4:30-7 p.m. at The Bi-Centennial Building, 200 Main St. The $35 fee will cover uniforms and equipment. Sunday, March 20

Holly Springs Baptist Church will celebrate homecoming beginning at 10:30 a.m. with speaker Bro. Lande Johnson and music by Revelation. A covered dish lunch will follow, with no afternoon service. All donations will go to the church’s cemetery fund.

The Lincoln County Board of Supervisors will meet in the county boardroom in the Lincoln County/Brookhaven Government Complex at 9 a.m.

 

Tuesday, March 22

The Lincoln County School Board will meet at Enterprise Attendance Center at 5:30 p.m.

The Brookhaven School Board will meet at the Central Office at 6 p.m.

 

Thursday, March 24

Reading Nook Academy will host its one-year anniversary party and preview day at 11 a.m., 1208 Honey Creek Lane. There will be door prizes, refreshments and hands-on experience. Please RSVP by March 17 to readingnook2021@gmail.com.
