7:30 a.m. litter cleanup. Volunteers will meet at A.L. Lott Sportsplex to pick up litter in the community. Bags and grabbers will be provided.

“Tea Time” at the Furlow Senior Center will be a 2 p.m. A short educational program with a guest speaker will be followed by fellowship with cake, tea and coffee. All are welcome. Divide Memorial Methodist Protestant Church will host Springfest 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The church is located 11 miles south of Monticello off Hwy. 27. Vendors are sought for arts and crafts, antiques, clothing, jewelry, accessories and more. Food and food products may be accepted depending on what is being sold.
