Today — Special called meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Supervisors regarding public input on approving medical marijuana sales or opting out at 9 a.m.

Flea Market and Community Garage Sale at Exchange Club Park. Free admission. Concessions, breakfast and lunch; free train rides for children. Garage sale booths $10; vendors $25. BINGO 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Thursday, April 7
Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” will be presented by the Mississippi School of the Arts Theatre Department Thursday-Saturday at 7 p.m. nightly in the Enochs Theatre on the MSA campus. This play has long been one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies. General admission tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for students at the door.

“Tea Time” at the Furlow Senior Center will be a 2 p.m. A short educational program with a guest speaker will be followed by fellowship with cake, tea and coffee. All are welcome. Divide Memorial Methodist Protestant Church will host Springfest 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The church is located 11 miles south of Monticello off Hwy. 27. Vendors are sought for arts and crafts, antiques, clothing, jewelry, accessories and more. Food and food products may be accepted depending on what is being sold.
