• Harrison Morrison, 05/05/1997, 5500 State Hwy. 1217, Lewisville, Texas — arrested on indictment, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Timothy Populis, 10/22/1987, 1022 Hwy. 48, Magnolia — arrested for DUI first, misdemeanor fleeing or eluding police in motor vehicle, driving on wrong side of road, driving in more than one lane, resisting arrest by non-violent flight, disobeying traffic control device, reckless driving, no seat belt, no auto insurance, speeding 20-29 mph over limit, speeding 30-plus mph over limit, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
