WESSON — Copiah Lincoln Community College announced the opening of a PJ’s Coffee shop on campus Wednesday. The Coffee shop will be located in the Bookstore at the Henley Student Center.

PJs will offer delicious beignets, coffee and more to Co-Lin students, faculty and community members this fall. The franchise owners Angie and John Lambert are Co-Lin alums.

PJ’s Coffee is a New Orleans coffee shop that was started in 1978 by Phylis Jordan. They have one location in Brookhaven in addition to their locations across 14 states.
