Civic Center Firework show still on

: Photo by Jacob Rushing / Hundreds gathered at Lincoln Civic Center Sunday, July 4, to watch a fireworks show sponsored by Sen. Jason Barrett, Rep. Becky Currie and Rep. Vince Mangold, all of Brookhaven.

BROOKHAVEN — As rain moves through Brookhaven Saturday afternoon, The Lincoln Civic Center announced tonight’s firework show is still on. Folks can watch the rockets red glare and firework bombs bursting in air at 9 p.m.

The show is free and can be found at the Lincoln County Civic Center off of Industrial Road and Belt Line Drive. Come celebrate America’s birthday this July 4th.
