He eventually met and married the love of his life, Bridget Hebert Wallace. They started their family immediately. First they had a son, Bryce, then just a couple years later a daughter, Megan.

The past 5 years of his life gave him great sorrow coupled with great joy. In 2017 he lost his wife after a very short battle with cancer. However, he was recently blessed with two granddaughters and his first grandson will be arriving October 2022. His children and grandchildren were his world.
