ENTERPRISE — Kristin Myers, Dana Stone and Janice Causey gathered around a desk as they prepared their rooms for the upcoming school year. Their co-worker Deanna Martin was across the hall working in her room. All of them are getting ready for the first day of kindergarten at Enterprise Attendance Center Tuesday.

Myers, Stone and Causey explain what the first day of school is like as a kindergarten teacher and what they look forward to about the day. They reminded students of a philosophy for the school. 

“Enterprise will only be what you want it to be,” they said. 

Across the county at West Lincoln, 4th grade math teacher Alyson Huey was preparing for the upcoming school year in her classroom. She already has decorations up and a calendar of birthdays of her students. School is almost here and she is ready to welcome the children.
