Mississippi Highway Patrol troopers, firefighters, and Mississippi Department of Transportation workers are on the eastbound side US Hwy. 84 near the Lawrence/Lincoln counties’ line with a vehicle fire.

The fire has been extinguished and crews are conducting cleanup efforts.

MHP advises motorists to slow down. The right lane is closed.
