Graveside service for Carl McKee Barlow will be 2 p.m., Friday, April 7, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Barlow, 88, of Bogue Chitto, died April 2, 2023, at his residence. He was born July 11, 1934, to Hugh Barlow and Lou Ella Cronk Barlow. He worked for many years as an Equipment Operator and Truck driver. He enjoyed working in the construction industry building highways. Mr. Barlow was an avid outdoorsman, he particularly cared for animals. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Barbara Ann “Penny” Barlow Walley; and brother, Paul B. Barlow.

He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Kaye Barlow Fuqua (Frank); sisters, Jewel Bland, Hugh Faye Evans, and Georgia Lou Walker; three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by a nephew and niece, whom he loved as his own children, Dewayne and Tanya Walker; as well as one other special nephew, Tim Barlow, great nephew Jr. Ellis, and other loving family members and friends.
